A PCR or Antigen test no more than 48-72 hours old is required for tavelling abroad (Antigen tests are not accepted everywhere).

To make sure you are not denied of entry, be sure the lab report contains:

  • A doctor’s stamp AND a doctor’s signature
  • Your passport number (or the document’s number you are travelling with)
  • The lab report must be in English
  • There must be a QR code placed on the report
  • Suitable for issuing an EU Digital COVID Certificate

We recommend that you book an appointment at least 24 hours before your trip.

  • You can be sure that the lab result complies with the above criteria.
  • Deadline for PCR test result: In Budakeszi within 6 hours, in Budapest within 12-16 hours, in the countryside the next day by 10 am.
  • Only 14 900 HUF for a PCR test.

How to perform testing

  2. You can choose which day, time period, and location you want to test.
  3. You can pay right away by card or bank transfer to ensure your appointment.
  4. In case of PCR test or Laboratory test for the Immunity Certificate, we will send the official result by email in Hungarian, English and German by the following deadlines: In Budakeszi within 6 hours, in Budapest within 12-16 hours, in the countryside the next day by 10 am.
